This is an incredible mourvèdre that shows boysenberries, citrus, dried orange rind, raspberries, cedar and oyster shell. So savory, tangy and fruity at the same time. Replete with umami undertones. But it’s not all about the fruit — this wine is also really structured, the angular tannins somehow folding neatly into place around layer upon layer of dark berries. Drink now or hold.
