Returns and Cancellations

There will be a 10% restocking/cancellation fee enforced for any order that is cancelled by the customer within 30 days of purchase.  This includes orders that are being held in our storage facility for future shipping.  After 30 days any returns are at the discretion of the Knightsbridge Wine Shoppe

Pricing Errors

Prices are subject to change without notice. Knightsbridge Wine Shoppe is not responsible for pricing errors that may occur on our website from time to time.

Age Verification

You must be at least 21 years of age or older to buy wine. By placing an order with Knightsbridge Wine Shoppe, whether through our website, over the phone or in person, you certify that you and the recipient are at least 21 years old. When the wine is delivered, the recipient will be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old.

Shipping

We ship exclusively with UPS and our standard method of shipping is via UPS Ground Service.  If you would like us to hold your order because of weather concerns, please note this in the comments section during the ordering process or email us at info@knightsbridgewine.com after you place your order.  Please include the order number in your email.  While we do monitor the weather daily to make sure that it is safe to ship your order, we take zero responsibility for orders shipped out during extremely hot or cold temperatures when the buyer does not ask us to hold the order for a later shipping date.

We will ship your order to the exact address that you provide when placing your order,  If find that you made a mistake during the checkout process, please contact us immediately at info@knightsbridgewine.com so that we may make any needed corrections to your address.  Once a package is picked up at our store, any address corrections due to customer error will result in a UPS Redirect Fee.  Currently this is $11, but is subject to change at any time.

UPS will attempt to deliver your package to the provided address three times.  If on the third attempt they are unable to deliver the package, it will be returned to Knightsbridge Wine Shoppe.  In order to ship the package back out again, a second shipping fee will be charged to the buyer.

Because of strict alcoholic beverage laws in the United States, an adult must be present to sign for your wine order. For this reason, we encourage you to use a business address, if possible, where an adult is present during business hours. Neither we nor UPS are authorized to accept a "signature on file" or leave a wine package at the door or with a neighbor. Shipping to a business address will also minimize the chance that a delivery will be attempted when no one is there, resulting in the wine spending more time in delivery trucks and warehouses, where it can be exposed to temperature extremes.

WE ARE UNABLE TO SHIP TO P.O. BOXES FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER.

We realize that many of our clients have their packages shipped to wine storage facilities and the actual bottles may not be physically checked in for weeks at a time. However, any claims of shortage, breakage, wrong wine, etc must be made within 7 days of the shipment being received at the requested destination.
