Our Shipping & Delivery Policy |
We ship via common carries. If you want us to hold your order due to weather, please note this during checkout or email us at info@knightsbridgewine.biz immediately with your order number. While we monitor weather conditions, we are not responsible for orders shipped in extreme temperatures if no hold is requested.
If you need to correct your shipping address after placing your order, email us right away. Any changes after the package leaves our store will incur a UPS Redirect Fee, currently $18 (subject to change).
UPS will attempt delivery three times. After the third attempt, the package will be returned, and re-shipping will incur an additional fee. Due to alcohol laws, an adult must be present to sign for wine deliveries. We recommend shipping to a business address where an adult is available during business hours to avoid missed deliveries.
We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
Any claims for shortage, breakage, or incorrect items must be made within 7 days of receiving the shipment. Shipping costs are based on 750ml bottles. For different bottle sizes, we will notify you of any cost adjustments.
Shipping outside of Illinois? Your order will ship on the following Monday
To be included in the next Monday pick up, orders must be placed by 12 pm the Friday before. If you need faster shipping, contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
