As a top tier prestige Champagne company, Laurent-Perrier is rather unique. It is, and has been, a family owned business with only two owners since its inception in 1812. Today, the daughters of Bernard de Nonancourt, Alexandra Pereyre de Nonancourt and Stéphanie Meneux de Nonancourt run the house.
Laurent-Perrier's Rosé Champagne is exclusively made from Pinot Noir. Sourced from 10 different crus including top sources in Bouzy, Ambonnay, Louvois, and Tours-sur-Marne. The grapes are de-stemmed where maceration occurs for 2-3 days. The wine spends 60 months aging prior to release.
Laurent Perrier Description
Elegant, with colour changing naturally from a pretty raspberry hue to salmon pink. A precise nose of extraordinary freshness and a wide range of red fruits: raspberry, redcurrant, strawberry and black cherry. A fresh and sharp attack for this supple and rounded wine. On the palate, it offers the sensation of plunging into a basket of freshly picked red berries. Best served between 8°C and 10°C.

The fine knit and balance of this elegant rosé sparkler recommends it as an aperitif, but the firm frame of acidity, the subtle richness of the smoky underpinning, and the flavors of baked strawberry, pastry cream and candied orange peel recommend it to food as well.
